Lise Francois learned of Rescuing Hope’s unique mission in 2017 and was immediately compelled to join the fight. Lise is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in various medical settings. Currently, she serves a diverse patient population by providing urgent and primary care. She understands that healthcare encounters can have a life-changing impact on victims, when providers are educated and equipped with the effective tools. Consequently, she supports instructional tools for medical personnel. Lise holds a BA in Psychology and BS in Nursing. She’s earned a Master’s Degree in Nursing from Kennesaw State University. Lise and her husband live in Atlanta, Georgia with their three children.
Jessie Huff Leverett met Susan through a mutual friend and after talking with Susan, reading her book, and learning more about the heartbreaking statistics of sex trafficking in the US, she was inspired to help in any way she could. After volunteering for a few years she wanted to get more involved. Jessie received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama in Early Childhood Education and her Master’s degree from the University of Georgia in Elementary Education. While teaching was rewarding, Jessie discovered a passion for event planning and now owns and operates an event planning company. Jessie lives with her husband and two dogs in Atlanta, Georgia.
Mark Norris is a Senior Vice President with The Stepping Stones Group, where he has worked for over 16 years. His role includes integrating companies, processes, and products in this fast-growing school-based therapeutic and behavioral services company. Previously, Mark served as a corporate Relationship Manager and a Capital Markets currency trader at Wells Fargo for 15 years, supporting and growing client relationships across the U.S. Mark graduated from the University of North Carolina with a B.S. in Business Administration. He is married and has two adult children.
Dave Olsen is President of FINSYNC Payroll, part of a FinTech company providing cash flow management, electronic payments, accounting and payroll solutions for small to medium businesses. He has leveraged his experience in CPA practice, software, and a local payroll service business he started (NorthStar Payroll) to expand to a national market with these solutions. In addition to a number of church and community based volunteer roles, he has served in national industry advisory roles including the IRS Electronic Tax Administration Advisory Committee. He is married with 4 children and 7 grandchildren.
Tom Tanner, Senior Pastor of Riverstone Church, has been an active supporter of Rescuing Hope from its inception. The church has opened it’s doors for Rescuing Hope to host a book release party and other events, and have graciously provided for survivors. Tom’s responsibilities include preaching and teaching on Sundays, casting vision for the congregation, leading the staff, chairing the Board of Directors and the general oversight of all ministries of the church.
Tom also serves as President of The Transformation Network, which is an organization dedicated to church planting. Tom and his wife Melissa have two children and five grandkids.
Kelli Tysinger joined the Rescuing Hope Board of Directors in 2015 and serves as the Treasurer. Kelli has taught in both private and public schools and recognizes the need for educating others about the terrible injustice that happens to many through the sex trade. She wants those who have escaped sex trafficking to find their purpose and value. Kelli graduated with a degree in Management Information Systems from Auburn University and earned a Masters In Secondary Mathematics Education from the University of Georgia. Kelli and her husband live in the Atlanta area. They have two adult children.
